Hi, I’m Karla.

I moved to California without any family nearby, had my son Luca in March 2025, and went back to work a few months later like most of us do. That’s when the loneliness hit. I wanted mom friends, but every group I found met on a Tuesday at 10am. Great if you’re not working. Not so great if you are. So I started Working Mama Co. Not another Facebook group that goes quiet after a week, but an actual club with real events, at times that fit an actual job. After 5pm. On weekends. Sometimes online when that’s all anyone has the energy for. It started as the thing I needed for myself. Now it’s free for any working mom in the South Bay who needs the same thing.
